· Prepare a comprehensive plan for the development of the municipality,
including a Commercial Incentive District and Urban Village revitalization.
· Work with surrounding municipalities on Act 537 implementation,
an environmental initiative to protect the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

· Study and examine rezoning proposals relating to efficient land use and
